Counselling Psychotherapy services

Improve your emotional wellbeing through counselling

There are many ways to seek help from us here at Wellspring. Pay out of pocket for your counselling sessions, and seek reimbursement from your EHB (Extended Healthcare Benefits) plan later, or claim as a healthcare expense tax deduction.

If you are NIHB eligible, or enrolled in the Teach for Canada EAP (Employee Assistance Plan), we have good news for you - your services are already covered.
